This is the second time I had repairs on my cars.2 different cars.The service was FANTASTIC!!!Iwould recommend very highly.THANKS ABRA FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE

You can improve by living up to your mission statement : Everyone at ABRA shares a common mission. Every step we take is designed to get the job done to your satisfaction. We take pride in fulfilling our promise. Emphasis on "get the job right to your satisfaction." My experience was met with nothing but excuses instead of a solution to possibly rectify my situation. My paint didn't match up. A good **** can match up paint and a mediocre **** will just paint. The insurance company paid for my repairs and if the paint didn't match up you guys should have repainted it. I chose ABRA based on the positive reviews that I read but unfortunately some of those reviews are those of the former shop. Very misleading to say the least. Theres definitely the feel of a corporate structure. I had plans to have additional work performed based on this first experience. But that DEFINITELY won't happen. I needed paint work on my other vehicle and alloy wheel repair on my vehicle that was just there. Two missed opportunities for possible upsells, good reviews and future referrals That being said I can't leave a positive review or refer this shop until an amicable solution can reached. Again emphasis on "get the job right to your satisfaction".

I’m not sure where to start, I’m overwhelmed with satisfaction. The employees were so professional. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. Our vehicle was completed within a week. If in the future I need auto body I will definitely use Abra also, I will recommend to friends. Thanks so much for taking care of our auto body needs

My car was fixed which was great but I was promised my car would be fully detailed and cleaned and it looked exactly how it did when I brought it in.

The repair of my front fender was quickly completed and it looks great - just like new. Mindy sent me frequent updates keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. Everyone was very nice and friendly and they did a great job fixing my car. Dropped it off on Monday and it was done on Friday. I will definitely use ABRA again if I need to have bodywork done
