Service was good. However if you tout you will text an update. Text an update that there is no current status. If the customer has to contact your company it means that there needs to be a communication update. Also, if you do communicate, provide all the information rather than partial information for example.we were texted on April 2,2019.That text stated that the parts for the original quote will arrive on April 5th. What wasn’t explained was that there was an additional inspection and more damage was found. You need to read that to understand. Other than that, we are good with the repair. Lastly not sure how or why our vehicle needed a jump to start it up when we picked it up this past Friday.

When I received the vehicle after repairs there were bolts that weren’t tightened, pieces that didn’t fit, foam sticking out from behind panels, etc. And you billed geico $8 thousand for what was minor damage from a low speed impact. Can’t say I’m satisfied.
