First Victoria called me the day before I arrived in town assuring me they would pickup my vehicle for repair which they did right on time as promised. She kept me informed of the progress and finally arranged another ride to bring me to my repaired vehicle.
The repair didn’t look any different then my Xterra did before it was damaged and that’s exactly what I had hoped for. They also cleaned and washed the exterior and kept the interior clean. I’ll be back if I ever need A+ repairs again.

My passenger side still had residue on it after the emblems were removed and my driver door panel had screws loose with a striped one which is also resulting in my door lock/unlock actuator to run roughly! Other than that the rest of the body work is satisfactory

vehicle was supposed to be left outside with keys in it so we could pick it up on Saturday 6/23 when we flew back into Anchorage. It was not left for us. It was also finished since we could see the vehicle behind the locked gate. I called on Monday and the receptionist Victoria said she "forgot". then we got a message on Tuesday that it was ready. This was a huge inconvenience since we had to travel back and forth from Seward to pick up the car. There was no reason to keep it those 2 extra days. I was told it was being reassembled on Monday 6/25 but it was already reassembled on Saturday when we saw it in the "yard".
