I rate my experience a 9 of 10. Very good, customer service. A small part of the repair did not fit perfectly even though passable for my older vehicle. I was off9the choice of waiting for another part. I determined wasn't wort my time and your expense. St as ff went the extra mile. I will recommend you to others.

Was told to drop off on September 24th and even wrote that appointment date on your drop off instruction form. Later called and said they had no appointment for us for that date and scheduled us later that week. We already had rented a car starting on the 24th. Not satisfied at all and not going to use in the future and not recommending to friends and family. There's no need to contact me.
