Estimator missed damage resulting in added cost after repairs began. New paint has "runs" in it. Rock chip areas in bed painted over. I would think somebody would sand them when you had to paint the area around them. Poor or no quality control. Front area staff very helpful and nice to interact with.

The finished product is amazing. Unfortunately I wasn't getting updated as frequently as I was told I would be and had to call multiple times to find out the status of my vehicle even when I was told I would be receiving a phone call. Overall everything was great. The employees are super nice and understanding.
