Steve was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. My car looked great and was even vacuumed out. My only complaint is that the computer contacted me that my car was finished before it actually was so I drove down for nothing one day however Steve did all he could to fix it.

I would recommend telling that repairs will take longer than it should. Last Wednesday I was told the vehicle would be ready Friday and it kept getting pushed back. I was finally able to pick it up on Wednesday night. It was very difficult to continually have it pushed back.

My car looks amazing after my unfortunate hit/skip. The gentleman today, I can't remember his name, was awesome. He showed me what they fixed and went over what to look for on my part. I got in and my battery was dead. He quickly got the equipment and fixed it right away.
They kept me informed the entire time and were very helpful with all my questions. Not only did they fix my car, but they even vacuumed the inside. That was icing on the cake for sure.
I will always recommend Abra. Thanks again for being so accommodating and awesome.
