The paint job looks good and the steering feels 100% better. There are a couple of issues that have not completely satisfied my expectations. The engine light is still on. I am told that it is the oxygen sensor and that it was not an outcome of the accident..., but the light was not on before the accident. Another issue is the TPMS light. It is now on constantly and that was not there before accident either. My wheels have been reconditioned because of the accident. Is it possible the impact damaged a sensor? Not sure what to think. All I know is that both lights were not on before the accident and now they are. Am I picky? Yes... But I think the car should be in the exact shape (or better) as it was before the accident.

There are three issues that bother me. One is my insurance company told me both claims wpuld be fixed. They still say they have had an ok from someone at Abra both claims. Why would they make that up? Next my license plate rattles when I drive down the road. I did not know what it was the night I brought it home. I thought something was rattling in the hatch area. I have a set of jumper cables a electric tire inflator. One or two bags of aluminum cans that I saved for my sister. As I lifted the hatch I could see that the plate was not tightened down. This is poor craftsmanship to me. Whatelse is not done correctly? Third when I opened the hatch I could see that all my things in there are gone. At absolute best someone forgot to put my things back. Above I mentioned some of the items. I also had an unused grease gun among other things. Pathetic Brian M

Was able to ask questions and get answers with other things they noticed about my car unrelated to what they did, which was helpful. Due to unrelated issues I was able to have them take a look and they were helpful with that as well. I had a great experience

I just want to say than you guys so so sooooo much!!! I was having so many difficulties getting to and from work without my car. I very much appreciate that y'all sped up the time to get my car fixed and even waited till after closing for me to pick up my car. It was a pleasure dealing with the people at Moraine shop and the people at the Cincinnati shop , Brian. It was so nice to have somebody keep me up to date on my vehicle who would listen to my thoughts and concerns and give me his best. Now that makes for a satisfying experience. Not once did I ever have to sit back and wonder what was going on with my vehicle. Brian at the Cincinnati shop always kept me up-to-date. Wow what was awesome.... so hats off to Don, Brad, and Jessica at the moraine location and Brian at the Cincinnati location.... thank you so much for all your work and help and to the ones behind the scenes who I didn't get to know...

The manager Anthony went above and beyond lengths to ensure we were taken care of. While our SUV was being prepared he assisted in a rental car for our family which helped tremendously! This is the first time we used ABRA but because of the service we received and in particular the people you have working there such as Anothony, we will recommended this company to our friends and family.
