The entire process felt like it took an inordinate amount of time. When the car was sent to Toyota for the steering column I feel like it should have also had its wheel alignment done then because had to go back to the dealer 5to get the wheels aligned but it took 2 separate trips. And I suppose there was a cue each time it went back to the dealership which further delayed the process of getting it finished. All in all ABRA did a fine job on the car, it just seems like logistics could be improved.
