Excellent work. I really liked the frequent updates. I would only suggest, as the repair nears completion, that you send another update with a more accurate time when the customer can pick up the car--we were a little early. Other than that, I'm very pleased with your customer service.

All aspects of the repair were to my expectations. I do have one problem with the repair visit though. After getting home I found that the rear door child locks had been activated. I had to crawl over the front seats from the rear to exit the car because of this.
