The customer service at Abra is outstanding. Rob and Margo kept me updated on the repairs the entire time and even let me stop by a few times to grab stuff from my car.
When I picked my car up I was shocked at how good it looked, you can't even tell that I got in an accident. They also detailed my car and it looked better than times I've paid to have it detailed. They treated my car as if it were their own and I greatly appreciate it.

If I ever need repair on my car I know who to go to. Abra was more helpful and more friendly to me that I kinda wish they were my insurance. They let me up to date with my car and I was in and out of there with no problem. Abra’s employees were so nice and well on task that I was happy with my service.

The timing of getting my car back was a pleasant surprise; Abra kept me up to date on the progress as work was being performed; they worked directly with my insurance company which greatly simplified the process relative to other companies I've worked with.
They also cleaned the inside of my car (floor mats, vacuumed, cleaned dash and windows) which was a nice and unexpected treat!
