This was a large job, repairing my car. The staff was excellent in keeping up communication. While the finish date had to be pushed back multiple times, I was either called or emailed by Claressa, who is a wonderful communicator, and would inform me of the delay and give me a new time table. Even after my insurance provider could no longer cover the chargers for my rental car, Abra stepped up and paid the difference. That was a huge load off my mind. Finally, Claressa stayed well past her shift the day my car was finished so that I could pick it up that evening and not have to wait another day. Excellent work all around.
