This is my third time bringing my vehicle to Abra. Each and every time they go above and beyond. Always keeping me informed on the repairs, and assuring me everything is going as scheduled. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I’m satisfied but I feel like a little more effort into my car would have been nice. After getting the car back the trunk doesn’t properly close like it should and there is a screw or something floating around inside of it that you can clearly hear. The taillight cover isn’t properly seated but it doesn’t look too bad. Also when detailing they did something to my gear shifter (automatic) when now it’s hard to get it in and out of gears and the slap stick option doesn’t even work now. With having my car for a total of almost 3 weeks you would think that they would have put a little more pride in the work instead of just throwing it together and saying it’s good enough.
