I was completely astounded at the work that was done to fix my car. I was updated regularly and even received a call mid-week notifying me that parts for my car had been bought and shipped and were on their way. The car was finished within a decent time frame and was returned even better when I had left it. The fact that they had not only fixed what needed fixing on my car, but to even clean and vacuum the inside was a phenomenal surprise. It's safe to say that should I ever need autobody work again, Abra will be my go-to. Thank you so much, for everything.

Thanks to the whole TEAM at Abra! You really went above & beyond my expectations with the finished product. The auto body was so clean & shiny I would be proud to put it in a show room. You even cleaned up the inside, broken glass & dirt in the floor from the collision. You all deserve more than just a pat on the back. GREAT JOB! Work was very good, staff was profesional and friendly. My only complaint is with your message system. I told the crew tht I would be away until May 20. Yet, I got e-mails and telephone messages starting the previous Thursday that my car was ready, come and pick it up. Your system wasn't listening, even though the local folks knew the story.

I took the car in for a bumper repair accident it took over 8 weeks for my car to get repaired and while it was there it was one problem after another! Long story short was they said it would be about 10-14 days for my car to be done, I saved money to prepare for my car being worked on so that it wouldn’t be an issue. They were good at sending texts with updates so the first bumper they got didn’t fit so they had to order another so ok fine extended the time a little longer then planed, I needed something out of my car so I went up there to get something out of it bc I thought I was gonna have my car back by then and when I got there my car was parked out back with the hood not even closed the doors completely unlocked and the battery was completely dead to where my car keys wouldn’t work and the doors couldn’t lock. When I said something about the condition my was was left outside in they made me feel like it didn’t matter and they said must have died during repairs.. I expressed my concern for my car being left like that and not even being locked and they said they would pull it in over the weekend. I live down the street and drove back over the next day when they were closed to find my car still outside and still unlocked. Then apparently the battery was ruined so they replaced it which I appreciate but at the same time felt like it never should have died in the first place but anyways I guess after changing the battery the car wouldn’t start? Or something was wrong still? I could understand what they tried to explain for the reasoning behind it, all I know is once they got it started then my engine got locked up. Which they said had to do with the recall, I just couldn’t wrap my head around how we went from new bumper to now a non working car that when I dropped it off has never had any problems no warning lights in dash and now in worse condition then when I dropped it off and not even drivable. All this adding to time and work loss. My car ended up having to go to Kia to get repairs I had to change rental cars twice, like it was just a mess. It was one thing after another and I’m sure to them didn’t seem like a big deal but for me, a mother of 3, it was a financial nightmare. And every day that went by stressed me out more and more and when I would express concerns I felt like they felt like I was just being a huge **** about it but I wasn’t trying to be. It’s embarrassing for me to of had to say it but like going from a two week repair to over 8 weeks left me unprepared for a huge financial burden it left me with and for them I’m sure I was just a bitchy customer but for me with everyday and every problem that kept happening left me with an everyday question of what I can do to try and keep the bills paid or what I can not pay to just make it to getting my car back so that I can make some money and get back on track... I will say that I was very unhappy with everything that happened and when I tried talking to abra i felt like they just kept blowing me off about my concerns and finally called customer service where they gave me the district manager who then called abra where my car was at and it was a big turn around. Tj was very polite and helped me very much. I explained that I drive for Uber and lyft so not having my car for a long time really hurt me financially when I am supporting three children and how much it honestly hurt me financially to go from a week or two repair to all the sudden my engine locking up and having more problems then when I dropped it off. Tj did try to make up for my huge financial loss by giving me 100$ gift card which was not expected to make up for my income loss but to be totally honest being a single mom and relying on having my car to support my family and not being prepared for my car to end up having so many unexpected problems and being gone for such a long time just sucked. No other way to put it. I couldn’t earn money while they had my car, and I wasn’t prepared to be without my car for such a long time because it shouldn’t have been so much work. They did try to make up for all the damage and stress they put on me at the end of my service from them, I just wish it would have been that type of service from the beginning and not just because I called their boss with all of my concerns after feeling like I was getting no where talking to them. I believe chad was the name of the man customer service gave to me and after getting chad involved and having tj from the abra location on the job it was much better service. From this experience the positives from it was having chad support me to get the issues corrected and having tj take over on the service of my car.. I do understand somethings are outside our control and perhaps some of the issues were outside their control but at the same time I feel like was a lot of it and a lot of my service or issues really that far out of anyone’s control? I just feel like if my car from the moment it was found outside, unlocked, dead, not closed up properly had been taking better care of to where none of that happened perhaps none of the other issues wouldn’t have happened either.. but who knows right?!....
