We live in Illinois. We had the car fixed at your location in Milford, OH. Upon receiving the vehicle, there are still shards of glass from the windshield in the cup holders, door handles, on the seats. The bodywork is great and the paint is excellent. No other issues with the vehicle except the poor inside cleaning. I'm very frustrated as I have to take it to get professionally detailed.

Team spent a lot of effort cleaning the car before delivery.I was impressed that the pack of tissues was even placed back in the door that was damaged/replaced. I would like to note that the windshield had wide smears across it making it difficult to see out.

When I showed up to get the car after ABRA said it was ready on Friday, a screw was not in to hold the wheel well cover, the corner where the front panel and wheel well panel on drivers side was not fixed and the driver's side rubber floor mat was missing following vacuum of car. The technician argued that it was not there to begin with yet evidence of a pristine floor carpet on an 8 year car says otherwise. I am still now waiting for the repairs to be complete and the replacement of the rubber floor mat (weather tech).
