Was kept up to date on status and when there was a delay it was to see to it that the job was properly done. The person who evaluated the damage contacted Allstate and had the claim changed to comprehensive from collision when he saw the damage and saw this was clearly the case, despite the statement from the Allstate office that stated I hit a stationary object, which I did NOT. His honesty is hugely appreciated, and is why I would recommend Abra to anyone, and Allstate to no one.

I suggest a better quality assurance check before showing the car to the customer. There were two easily identifiable problems that I had to have fixed. The interior glass was supposedly cleaned, but there were more fingerprints than before I had it worked on. Please remove paper floor mats instead of having customer do it.
