Excellent communications occurred throughout the entire process. Everyone was pleasant and helpful to us. This was essential since we live about 400 miles away.
Timing of completed project was within a day of the original promised date given 5 weeks before. The slight delay occurred due to circumstances beyond Roger’s control.
We are extremely happy with Roger’s work especially under difficult circumstances for us (accident out-of-state enroute to New England from North Carolina).

After picking up our Honda, my wife & daughter drove a short distance and heard a grating noise from under the car. They returned immediately and were informed that the brake rotors were rusty. My daughter set out for College Park and again heard the grating noise. She stopped at a local Honda dealer who informed her the splash shield in the drivers front wheel well was not secured. She tucked the shield behind the frame and continued on to school. I am disappointed that the car was not fully re-assembled prior to it being returned.

First of all you guys did a great job and you do great work.... but every day that I got an update that my car would be done the next day and then the next day and the next day was kinda disappointing and frustrating... If I was given a time that extended the repair a few days out it would have been less frustrating but to think every day that my car was going to be finished and then at the end of the day the update came and said “tomorrow” was extremely frustrating.
