Everyone I interacted with was great, but when I picked up my car it smelled of cigarette smoke. As a non smoker this was quite unpleasant. Not sure if the technicians smoke during repairs but this is something that would likely bother all non smoking customers.

Although the staff was very wonderful and did their best, but the process needs some improvement. I understand parts might take a little time to arrive but several weeks is rediculous. Getting multiple automated texts on completion dates is good to have if those are actual completion dates, which seem to not be whatsoever. Be real in your customer service and delivery. Actual communication is key to making a customer happy and deliver.
Great people however.
