The car was repaired poorly. My bumper both front and back were not put on properly. They are not aligned with the rest of the body. There is a lot of space where it is supposed to touch the car. Not happy at all.

Debbie, customer service rep was very pleasant and a wonderful person to work with. She went out of her way to assist me on getting extra paint off my rear end passenger tire after repairs were made in the body shop and possibly ruining her manicure in the process, but she was not bothered by it, only wanted to make me, the customer completely happy & she did! When I bought the car in I explained there was a noise coming from the wheel area. The noise was there when I picked the car up. The representative drove the car and had someone else give there opinion. They said it appeared to be coming from the brakes being worn. I explained to him that the new rotors and pads had been put on less than 3000 miles ago. I went home and pulled the wheel. I discovered that the cover behind the rotor had bent up to the rotor and was rubbing it. This had to have happened when the car fell off the jack. I bent the cover back in place and have not heard the noise since.
