Don't wait until the person picks up their car to show them the additional work that had to be done and approved by their insurance company. I would have appreciated knowing what additional work you were going to do before you did it no matter who had to authorize to pay for it.

Brand was not aware of exactly what was still due on my end. He tried to over bill me and even went as far to challenge me. After calling anybody insurance company to verify they made the payments he then made an excuses as to what the mix-up was. When I received my truck back the engine light was on which was not the way it was when I handed the truck to them to fix the damage. I am not satisfied with its customer service and will go elsewhere when repairing my vehicle in the future.

Terrible experience at this dealership, will definitely have to share my situation here with an email to the owner and corporation. Was told several times my vehicle ready for pick up and everything was fine with it, but every time I arrived would that the same problems were present, until finally the dealership used second hand parts and I was to blame for normal wear of one particular part that they didn't even attempt to test until I brought it to their attention.
Came here on a recommendation of a coworker, but now will have to inform him of poor judgment and the rest of our organization
