I am 100% satisfied with my repair experience. The repair job looks fantastic and was done so professionally. I am so pleased with everything. The Body Shop Consultant - Ken Ellis was so wonderful. He was friendly & pleasant & very professional. He gave me an estimate on when my car would be repaired & ready to pick up... which he had it ready a day earlier than promised. You can’t ask for any better than that. Ken Ellis was awesome to deal with and he does fantastic work... Inwould highly recommend him to anyone that needs any body work done... The repair work was flawless. But the wash was horrible. The vacuum was messy have done and the windows oh my goodness. Just know I went a paid to get my car cleaned properly due to the coat on the windows. Mike Kakuk did an awesome job on the repairs.

The labor time to complete an installation was not fair as compared to what Mopar suggests it should take. For example, the running boards installation according to Mopar and a Service Advisor at Ourisman Jeep should have been no more than one hour or .7 labor hour, which as a former mechanic of 20+ years it can be simply done with an air wrench. However, the Chevrolet body shop charged me for four (4) hours of labor. In addition, the other installation was a receiver hitch, which according to Mopar is ****.4 labor hours, but the body shop wanted to charge me almost eight (8) labor hours. Big difference! I would agree that since there is some cutting to the bumper, the hours could increase to maybe one (****) to two (2) hours more, but to 6+ hours - this is an abuse of consumer trust and fairness. So, I told the manager not installed the hitch. His explanation was insulting to what I knew to be true, but I was not going to argue with him. I think I should get some money back for the fair installation of the running boards. Ismael M
