Team members were very efficient and helpful. I needed assistance transferring a child's safety seat from my vehicle to a rental car. Although this was an unusual request, staff members cheerfully assisted me. I am most grateful for their help. Staff members were very professional. My general satisfaction was spoiled when I came to pick up my car. I was told that Mike had "stepped out" and only he could deliver my car to me. After 15 minutes waiting I went to the desk again and said that 15 minutes seemed a bit more than "stepped out". Then someone there was able to pull my papers from the file, find my car, get me to sign and I was on my way. I wonder how long I'd have been expected to sit and wait if I hadn't taken action. No one in the office seemed to be paying attention while I was out of sight in the waiting room, and not complaining.

Customer service was great. The only thing that was wrong is I paid for a specific part and made sure I let the mechanics know I want that specific mirror on my truck. They let me know that would be no problem. When I picked up my truck as I knew the wrong mirror was put on it. Now I have to take more time out of my schedule to get the part ordered and replace when my truck was at your shop all last week.
