the updates throughout the repair process were fabulous and the attention to detail was incredible. my sons toys that we assumed were lost in the car we're even found and left for us. the car was immaculate when picked up and it took no time at all to check out and get my car.

When I brought it in, I explained that it had to go out of town early Thursday. Two part job could be completed this week and next. Service folks and technicians decided they might be able to finish it by Wed PM, & would call to confirm. Parts were supposedly in stock; techs told service they had all they needed. Wednesday, the 8th, received message that all was on track to finish by 5:00PM, THURSDAY! Call to Mr. Bowers clarified; he got them going. I appreciate the hurry, once everyone got on the same page. However, that hurry caused several "birdseyes" to appear in the paint. While small, they are there. In addition, the blending if the "clear" showed up some rock chips, outside the repair zone. My experience with at least three other auto painters has led me to expect those holes would be filled in with spot paint, before being cleared. That may be an overexpectation, on my part. If so, my apologies. When all is brought forth, we are very happy with the appearance, compared to pre-repair. However, the birdseyes/tiny drips were certainly unexpected. It might have been better to do this in two stages. Your personnel (especially Mr. Bowers and the young man who cleaned the vehicle, after painting & clearing) were very courteous and knowledgeable. I hope the problem stems from your trying to speed up for our vehicle needs. That would be understandable, but the paint problem still exists.
