Heimi was extremely professional and I was treated amazingly. The special little touches such as having the mints on the dash and card made me feel like I was in av5 star hotel. I couldn't have asked for better service with prompt updates and such attention to detail. Im sure you have many great employees but Heimi has such amazing custoner service skills that he should be on the front lines ALL the time. I am not the easiest person to please and expect Good service because I have always done that with my patients/ clients as an RN. I sure hope Heimi's efforts don't go unnoticed because he is a true Gem!!!!
