It is emotionally daunting dealing with the situation that brought us to Sid's and to have nothing but kindness and professionalism as well as comfort and support from them gave me relief and confidence that all would be okay. The email and phone call updates were welcome to know we were not forgotten in the process. The courtesy shuttles were an added surprise to their effort to make things less stressful for me. They finished ahead of time and the added delight of seeing our car detailed, washed and vacuumed almost brought me to tears because they thought of everything to make this experience a good one and pride in their profession.
