While I don't know at this time that job was technically completed correctly, I do know that Randy exhibited great patience with me during initial call in which I found out Updated had my car and good customer service throughout the claim/repair process. It appears he understands the whole process can be an emotional and aggravating roller coaster. I hope he is recognized for his efforts.

Aside from explaining very well to me what Updated can do, he was also very courteous and polite. the front desk persons, Adriana and Janice, were also very courteous and nice.
