I was first very impressed when I walked into the building. It looked much nicer than most auto repair shops. Everything went so smoothly which I have never experienced before. Enterprise was called for me and they showed up right away to pick me up. When I dropped off my car, they also had me leave the car there for Enterprise to pick up. My car looked so nice, with the tires were even nice and cleaned and nice candies on my dash. The repairs looked so nice and perfect. I am impressed.

I think what I appreciate most other than my car being back in one piece and looking like it was never is that therr was glass all over my car and I asked if they would clean it as part of the repair. They went the extra mile and clean the whole car. My daughter actually asked me if I got all new windows and I jokingly said no that's what they look like when they're clean.
