Marks on the rear spoiler where it looks like a screwdriver was used to install or??? and marks/cracks were left.

The bumper is lighter than the rest of my car. Although you can't really tell from the back, from the side it looks like my car is pieced together with a bumper that doesn't belong to my car. When I picked up the vehicle it was in the shade, but a couple of days later while walking to my car and seeing it from the side you could see it was much lighter than the rest of the car. The trunk (and interior of the car most likely from the trunk) smells. I don't know if it's some kind of chemical or glue smell or what.

The staff at the bodyshop were fine and the completed work was good, but these emails are inaccurate and misleading. I was emailed twice on Friday, April 5 telling me that my car would be done and ready for pick-up on Monday, April 8. I took off work early to pick it up and the staff were completely shocked that I had received those messages. In fact the car would not be ready for two more days. I was not apologized to nor was the fact that I drove over there etc. acknowledged. If Sid's is going to adopt a system such as automatic emails - it needs to be accurate or else the entire system is a joke, not to mention the inconvience it creates with the client. Please respond so that I know someone actually reads these!

The updates were pleasing to hear. Felt like they didn't forget me as a customer who wanted to know what's going on, and when my car would be ready. They even finished the car a wash a vacuum, more than I expected. They buffed out my other headlight and waxed the front half of my car without asking.
