There were issues from the beginning until the end. The person who was assigned to me gave false information to my insurance company, then told me only new parts were being used, which is also false. Then she told my insurance agent she was communicating with me, which she did not. The vehicle makes noise when I drive that sounds like something is not sealed properly (wind whistling sound), there are parts that do not piece together smoothly and the alignment is off. There is resistance when I turn to the left but not the right. AND I was told to leave my rental car and they would handle it, which they did not, the rental company contacted me this morning telling me I needed to turn it in. Very frustrating, terrible experience. Which is sad because my family and I have trusted you for years for vehicle purchases, maintenance and collision repairs.

Mr. Tito ( Roberto) Dominguez and his team did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. He was excellent in communicating with me the entire time that the vehicle was in for repairs.
