They left my bumper messed up and the paint on my hood had an air bubble. I was suprised they did not review the car before giving to me, but I got it fixed.

Worst experience ever and final work is completely unsatisfactory. We have purchase 2 vehicles from Autonation (Tahoe and Tundra) in recent years and I will never buy from you again unless repairs to tundra are done to our satisfaction. Tito Dominguez was my Estimator. He should be looked at as the example for all of your employees to follow. I was on my way to Florida on a military move when I ran over a 4x4 piece of wood on I-10 and lost two tires and a rim. As soon as we got the car there, Tito was constantly updating me on the status of the car because he knew I was trying to get back on the road for my move. He did everything he could, including staying a few minutes late on a Thursday, to help me get back on the road. He was polite, courteous, and informative. Give this man a raise!
