The only reason I am not “completely” satisfied is because I was told my truck would be ready by Wednesday evening, but it wasn’t actually ready until Friday evening. Even then, it was too late to pick up that evening. I had to wait until Saturday morning to get it. Other than that, I am satisfied with the service I received. I am extremely happy about the notifications I received on status.

I was happy with my representative, Mia. She was very helpful and nice. What I didn’t like was the fact that some type of floor mat was NOT used. The floor was dirty when I picked up my car. ( it had rained while car was in shop), and the technician left duty hand marks on the inside of the door.
The repair work was good. I was satisfied with the repair.

It is too soon to give a response of total satisfaction. I have noticed dissimilar paint colors, chips and dings on parts that were replacements for other parts, and other more minor items. I will bring the car back to address these issues but I may have to be without my vehicle for a further amount of time.
