Everyone from the repair technicians, support staff and administration were attentive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Even though I am aware that there are many more serious repairs that come the way of the repair department; being that my car only required minimal repairs- it was still a very sad experience that a careless person "injured" something I worked so hard to buy. This was my first time using Infinity of Coconut Creek and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. At first I became frustrated at how long it was taking Infinity to complete the job but the frustration quickly subsided becuase of Joey and Nick customer service. They both kept me up to date on my vehicle progress and was always there to answer any questions I had concerning my car. As a matter of fact, even the employee who actually fixed my car greeted me professionally and also didn't hesitate to answer my concerns.
