This is yet another horrible experience in addition to numerous other times where I have visited Infiniti of Coconut Creek. Since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership back in 2012 it has been a living nightmare to say the least. I decided to take another chance and take my car to the body shop for repairs and I honestly wish I did not even consider Infiniti as an option. From a company in the ranks of Infiniti, I am completely and utterly disgusted and disappointed! At this point I am beyond levid! I brought my car in for repairs and my car came out with more damage. Clearly there was not even an attempt made to even put the car back together properly. It’s obvious that the personnel that worked on the car simply did not care whatsoever. The work speaks volumes about this business entity as a whole and I cannot say I am surprised. After going through numerous delays waiting for the vehicle and finally leaving work today on my lunch break to go pay for the professionally completed work, I still have to return to your dealership to get this addressed. After this, I have lost all trust in Infiniti of Coconut Creek. My car is damaged and I intend to get it fixed PROPERLY! I will be sharing this experience with all my colleagues, friends, and family because I will not be doing business with your dealership in the future.
