The interior light was not notes to remain on. The passenger front door handle was not noted to be loose. It would have been nice if these things were advised. It was noted at the beginning that the battery was dead. The light could have been the cause. Emil was nice and the paint looks good. Still somewhat disappointed that the exterior of the car was bof clean.

I thought everyone did a great job. The service advisor and the office staff were friendly and very helpful. Emil did a great job overseeing everything today including letting me know an estimate of the charges and how long it would take and calling to let me know my vehicle was ready. The office staff called the shuttle and let me know it was ready and was very efficient in checking me out when I picked up my vehicle.
