Y'all did a great job with the repair done. But unfortunately, I believe the A/C condenser cool or lines was/we're damaged during the repair,and I need to bring it back for you to make it right. I am out a lot of money for a rental,because my insurance does not cover it, and will most likely need to rent another while the A/C is ficedbeing repaired. Other than the repairs taking longer than estimated, and the damage to the A/C during the repair, service was excellent, and I will continue to have my work done at, and referr family friends and my customers to Classic Chevrolet. I bought my VW at Momentum VW on Richmond, and have had it maintained there. I was impressed with the level of service, and courtesy of employed there, but I must say that John, that handles the MetLife claims at Classic outclassed Momentum for in professionalism, courtesy, and "let's get this taken care of" attitude. I have gotten mechanical repairs done at Classic before,and was happy with the service. When my insurance adjuster read Classic off in the list of recommended repair shops, I jumped right on it, and in spite of setbacks. I am glad that I did.
