The work was well done. The end result is better than I expected. They listened to a few small requests I had. I never got a good answer about arranging a rental car so I just used my own resources to make it work. I assume I will never be compensated.. That's the impression I got. The repair was clean and I'm happy about that. But I had to make my own accommodations for borrowed transportation because of my work schedule. That was not good. I would go to them for body work again but not for an insurance claim.

Too bad about the head restraint repair delay, but apparently they got broken during deployment.
Seems to me Hyundai designed those to deploy with the least provocation on the face of the planet. Maybe I'm just synical, but it seems like a designed profit center. Hopefully it's just me, and I'm living (still) during the times when you could still buy a burger, fries, a shake, and dessert for less than 4.00. Of course had they not deployed, I can envision suing them for approximately 4 billion dollars because of discomfort.a
