I was soooo happy with my car, I was really overwhelmed with the CLEAN car. Job was Awesome the customer service was outstanding. The people at BBA were on point (POLITE) and updated me with very move the car was going through. i can go on and on, i would recommend these guys for sure .

When evaluating the damage, the claim adjuster noted that one of the license plate bulbs was out, which was just above the damaged bumper. Instead of offering to replace a $**** bulb, the BBA rep said that she would estimate it for me to pay for it outside the repair bill. I don't view this as excellent customer service. Here was an opportunity for BBA to show excellent customer service. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the repair and the handling of the claim.
