This is my second repair with BBA. Your team gets high marks for accuracy, thoroughness and good communication. You hit your timeline as promised and the automated email updates were great. I even got calls with messages and personal emails from Jackie. Thank you for managing the communications with State Farm seamlessly, including submission and approval of a revised estimate.
