You should not partner with progressive. Their claims process is extremely slow and with some customers could reflect on you. I know You have no control over that portion of a claims process but in business your partners are a reflection of you and if I had a poor experience I am sure there are many others who have had a similar experience

Our experience was good. It would be even. Better though if the rental car was secured with a reservation ahead of time with the insurance company. This would eliminate such a long wait at the time of pick up.
