When I went to pick up my car, they asked if I had seen it and u said yes that it looked clean, the gentleman behind the counter said my total was 500.00 (which was my deductible) I paid and he handed me my receipt and keys and sent me on my way, I was not very happy that nobody walked out with me and had showed me what they had done because my estimate had doubled. So I really thought there was poor customer service and contact during my 2 weeks of not having my car I bekieve I had just 2 calls with very simple updates. Nothing was really explained to me. So yes I am a bit disappointed.
