This is my second car that I have brought to O'Rielly collision Center and have been 100% satisfied in both cases. My service advisor both times was Walter. He was absolutely professional, thorough and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle(s) from start to finish. The body work and paint all look great (I expect that), but the level of "customer service" extended to me by Walter and the entire staff was simply outstanding. Lynn and the whole technician team at O'Reilly was great. They kept me informed as new problems were discovered with the repair and did their best to accommodate me. The car wise text system is also a great feature. I was very impressed when I received my car back. Impressed at the physical repairs made as well as at the thoroughness of the debrief I received where I was able to see images of the process of the repair. Would wholeheartedly recommend this collision center!
