Unprofessional craftsmanship and lack of quality work.

Commication was subpar. Was told on multiple occasions that I would be called back and was not. Car repairs took much longer than was estimated and service rep was very caviler about it. The repair itself was great (except the interior of my car smelled of cigarettes) and the paint matched really well.
