I was involved in a car accident and decided to bring my car in to fix auto shop. The service was great from the start. The receptionist was nice and friendly. She made sure I got a ride to the hertz office for my rental. I dropped off my car Monday and they called me on Wednesday like they said, to go over the cost of the repairs. They told me my car would be ready to go on Tuesday April 2nd. I received a call on Friday afternoon from auto fix saying my car was ready to go. I could not believe how fast it got repaired. Once again I came in to the office and the gentleman that helped me went over everything and was clear when he explained what has been fixed. I will definitely come back here and recommend this place to friends and family. Professional, friendly and fast service. Best in Salinas. Thank you auto fix staff.

Very wonderful experience. My car was fixed quickly and I was updated throughout the repair. When a question arose it was happily answered and explained. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone and hopefully would not need to return but definitely would keep them as my top choice for repairs.
