The chrome piece on top of the fender was pushed up and chopped off during the accident but did not get replaced. The new fender that was installed had a dent on it. I addition, the chrome piece now fits snug and nice on the edges but is a bit loose in the middle. I don't think the new fender is a dealer unit but rather an after market one. I don't understand why we did not get an original fender if the other party is paying for all damages.

Your paint matching, applying and blending skills are superb. My wife, who had never been to your shop, said immediately to me that it looked like a person could eat off the floor of your shop. That alone gave her confidence that your work would be great. We know you were embarrassed to find a scratch on a non-damaged quarter panel but without hesitation you brought an employee from another project and had him immediately correct and refinish that error rather than make us return for another appointment.
