The staff was very professional and welcoming. Everything seems to be well repaired. After I'd gone about 45 minutes out of town, heading home, I moved the visor to block the sun and a small cosmetic clip fell off into my lap. A shelf portion of it had broken off. I'll try to get my local dealer to put it back on so that it stays (as I live 5 hours away). Thank you for the good communication while repairing my car and updates on progress; it was much appreciated.
