Really great job and great service. Thank you for that. Only constructive criticism is all staff need to check others' work. Whoever was responsible for placing the letters on the rear tire cover did not fully spell "Suzuki" and I drove off with a "Suzuk". I found it quite amusing and I'm not too concerned but obviously a little inconvenient to return to have the job completed to satisfaction. I'm also a little concerned that the middle seatbelt is loose and not operating correctly. I am told they are 95% sure this is caused by normal wear and tear but for that 5% of doubt, I am concerned that I now need to cover the cost of repairs and organize seperately the seatbelt that may have been caused (5% chance) by the impact of the accident and the insurance company did not approve its repair.

I'm somewhat dissatisfied and that's because the workmanship could've been better as there was a tiny bubble that was noticed in the area which was worked on. Moreover, I noticed smudges in the interior of my vehicle which appeared that somebody did not bother to clean up or take the time to wash their hands as they left sticky residues especially on the mouse device located on the console. Why is that tampered with in first place? So now I'm questioning the integrity of the personnel who are responsible to work on my car which can be a concern. Now this will boil down to lack of trust as I may have second thoughts on future work.
