The original completion date was Friday 8/4. It was completed on Thursday 8/10.
The explanation I was rudely given was that there was a delay with the vehicle ahead of mine. I understand a delay by a day, even a day and a half, but 5 days that's ridiculous.
I picked up my car and the steering wheel is now off center, they are having to contact my insurance company to ask for permission to do an alignment...my steering wheel was not off center when I drove it to the shop so reason would say that it happened while in the shop. Who needs permission to fix something you messed up?
My car has been their twice this year, if I unfortunately need repairs agin it will not be returning to Bay.
