I was told my car would be ready by 3pm tday, instead I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes longer due to no one bothered to check my car completely to see if any marks or mishaps remained. But myself having to check, finding a long scratch being overlooked on the passenger rear door. The people here are extremely courteous, but improvement must be given to the customer to always double check the work being done first before advising the customer to come pick up their vehicles. Overall great work!
