Upon my arrival I found that my car wouldn't start and I was not made aware of this prior to me getting there. I was very disappointed that I was not told of the problem that the mechanics knew what was happening and ask if I wanted it fix. They did fix the repair but didn't inform me of the additional problem so that I would have been prepared to handle the problem instead yall left me hanging without an immediate solution. I thank God that I was at least able to make it home.
