I am a repeated customer, however the first time my car was in the shop with Thompson was an outstanding experience when I picked my car up the first day everything was perfect, done right... That's why I chose to return again for body work.... However this time was different, I had to come back three times before I could pick my car up. Yes they completed everything to my satisfaction but why not the first time. It seems as if the crew is no longer paying attention to fine details like before.
