They were great. When the dealership **** up with their delivery of cosmetic parts, they offered to let me take my car home anyway and come back to finish the work. I really appreciate that since I highly prefer driving my own car instead of a rental (Subaru rentals are high in demand so I never can manage to grab one when I need one). They are friendly and have a sense of humor, since I love to crack a joke. Very accommodating. This particular Service King has a 15 out of 10 score.

The work was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. My service advisor Mario Cruz did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done for the repair and updating me on any structural damage that may have been observed once the damaged parts were removed. The daily updates on the repair status were helpful. I would use Service King in the future if needed.

My car won’t start! The technician Matt said he had to jump start the car when I picked up. He said the battery was still strong and that it was normal for a car to have trouble after being in the shop for a couple weeks. I let the engine run for 2 hours. I turned it off and restarted but the engine won’t turn over and the battery appears to be dead.
The repairs were on the same side of the front end as the battery terminal. I think something was replaced incorrectly. I’m not happy.
